Background:

Bladder tumors require effective and safe removal techniques.
Standard loop resection is a common method for bladder tumor ablation.

Observation:

A Bard colonoscopy snare (6.9F) was used with a 22F rigid cystoscope and an Erbe power source (25 W).
The snare loop resected bladder tumor bases and underlying muscle tissue.

Findings:

Snare resection is a safe and easy method for papillary bladder tumors.
This technique complements standard loop resection effectively.
Histopathologic examination of resected tissues was not compromised.

Implications:

Urologists can utilize snare resection as a valuable tool for bladder tumor management.
