Summary

Technetium-99m dimercaptosuccinic acid (99mTc(V)-DMSA) accumulation was observed in the breasts of a male patient with drug-induced gynecomastia. This is the first reported case of 99mTc(V)-DMSA uptake in gynecomastia.
