Making sense of research

Nurses throughout the country are striving to continually provide the highest quality of care to clients, despite the shrinking health care budgets of today. We are being forced to do more with less, while trying to ensure that our care is both effective and efficient. An important step toward ensuring that the benefits of our practice match or exceed the cost of providing them is research-based practice.
