[Current role of x-ray technology in medical introscopy]

The current role of X-ray equipment in medical introscopy is considered in the context of answers to the following questions: Why are there so many types of imaging? Does each unit of radiation diagnosis need they all? Which is the comparative clinical value of different methods of introscopy and what part is assigned to the routine X-ray equipment at present? Now the traditional X-ray equipment is shown to be transforming into the digital systems of X-ray imaging; however, progress in this branch is associated with the limited use of X-ray in some diagnostic fields.
