Ask the doctor. The news that Vioxx was pulled from the market rattled me, since I had been taking it for my arthritis for almost two years. Ask the doctor. Like President Clinton, I have four very clogged coronary arteries (70% to 90% closed). My cardiologist pushed for bypass surgery but I resisted. A year later, the blockages have decreased somewhat. I haven't had much luck finding out about complications from and survival after bypass surgery. Can you help?Thomas H Lee

Ask the doctor. Because I take the blood thinner warfarin (Coumadin), my doctor said I shouldn't take aspirin. Aren't there any anti-inflammatory drugs I can take for my arthritis that won't increase my chances of a bleeding problem?Thomas H Lee
