By the way, doctor. I use aspirin very rarely--maybe half a dozen tablets a year. I've found that even when I get the smallest bottle of aspirin, the expiration date passes with most of the contents unused. I went looking in local stores, and the latest expiration date I could find on any bottle was October 2003. Does aspirin really become unsafe or ineffective that soon?Thomas H Lee
