- Se observaron niveles reducidos de Kv4.3 de ARNm en los miocitos LTM.
Conclusiones:
- Las alteraciones en la corriente externa transitoria (Ito) están estrechamente asociadas con el potencial de acción observado y los cambios de onda T en la memoria cardíaca a largo plazo.
- Estos cambios de Ito proporcionan una explicación parcial de las manifestaciones electrofisiológicas de LTM.
