Resumen
La nutrición parenteral total sin grasas (TPN) puede causar pruebas anormales de la función hepática en adultos. La mayoría de los pacientes mostraron un aumento en los niveles de SGOT, fosfatasa alcalina y bilirrubina, y algunos desarrollaron esteatosis.
