Resumen

Se encontró un exceso de berilio-10 (10Be) en el suelo lunar 78481, originario del Sol. Este 10Be depositado por el viento solar se detectó en las superficies de los granos minerales utilizando una técnica de lixiviación secuencial.

    Conclusiones:

    • La atmósfera del Sol es la fuente más probable de este exceso de 10Be, transportado a la Luna a través del viento solar.
    • Este hallazgo pone de relieve el importante papel de la actividad solar en la composición y evolución de la superficie lunar.
