Resumen
La proteína DREAM sensible al calcio actúa como un represor transcripcional que influye en el procesamiento del dolor. Los ratones que carecen de DREAM muestran comportamientos de dolor agudo y crónico reducidos, mediados por los receptores de kappa-opiato.
