Objetivo del estudio:

  • Desarrollar un nuevo método de extensión de anillo para sintetizar oligosilsesquioxanos funcionalizados de escalera.
  • Para sintetizar y caracterizar las primeras funcionalizadas escaleras tricíclicas y pentacíclicas de los siloxanos.

Principales métodos:

  • Se desarrolló una nueva reacción de extensión de anillo utilizando precursores específicos y condiciones de reacción.
  • La síntesis implicó reacciones de (i-PrSi(OH) O) 4 con (i-PrPhClSiO) 2 en piridina.
  • Se utilizó la desfenilclorinación con AlCl3/HCl seguida de hidrólisis para aislar los intermediarios clave.
  • Se empleó cristalografía de rayos X para determinar las estructuras precisas de los compuestos sintetizados.

Principales resultados:

  • Se estableció con éxito un nuevo método para la extensión del anillo de oligosilsesquioxanos de escalera.
  • Se sintetizaron los primeros escalonesiloxanos tricíclicos funcionalizados, incluidos los derivados de tetrafenilo y tetrahidroxilo.
