Objetivo del estudio:

  • Para dilucidar los mecanismos moleculares que regulan la transducción de la señal de las células T.
  • Para resaltar los componentes clave de la vía de activación de las células T.
  • Proporcionar una base para el desarrollo terapéutico en enfermedades relacionadas con el sistema inmunológico.

Principales métodos:

  • Análisis de las vías de transducción de la señal de las células T.
  • Identificación de andamios moleculares involucrados en la señalización de la formación de complejos.
  • Revisión de los mecanismos regulatorios (circuitos de retroalimentación positiva y negativa).

Principales resultados:
