Resumen

La dinámica del agua cerca de las proteínas se ralentiza significativamente. Las simulaciones de dinámica molecular muestran que la difusión y la relajación del agua superficial son retardadas en comparación con el agua a granel, lo que afecta a los estudios de dispersión de relajación magnética nuclear.
