Las interacciones de la glicoproteína plaquetaria Ibalpha (GpIbalpha) y el factor de von Willebrand (VWF) son clave para la coagulación de la sangre. Presentamos estructuras de su complejo, revelando conocimientos sobre trastornos de la coagulación y el desarrollo de fármacos antitrombóticos.
