Resumen
La ecocardiografía 3D en tiempo real (RT3DE) permitió el cierre factible del defecto del tabique auricular (ASD). Este nuevo enfoque, utilizando imágenes avanzadas y un dispositivo semiautomático, permite el cierre sin bypass cardiopulmonar.
