Resumen

Los injertos bilaterales de la arteria mamaria interna (BIMA) mejoran la permeabilidad del injerto y la supervivencia a largo plazo en pacientes diabéticos sometidos a injerto de derivación de la arteria coronaria (CABG) con fracción de eyección preservada. Sin embargo, la fracción de eyección reducida limita el beneficio de supervivencia de los injertos BIMA.
