Resumen
Los receptores de trasplante de corazón muestran una mayor sensibilidad a los quimiorreceptores periféricos, lo que influye en su respuesta respiratoria durante el ejercicio. Este aumento de la sensibilidad está relacionado con la hiperpnea por ejercicio después del trasplante.

- La ventilación por ejercicio fue más pronunciada en los HTR y se correlacionó con sus respuestas respiratorias hipoxicas e hipercapnicas.
Conclusiones:
- La sensibilidad de los quimiorreceptores periféricos aumenta en los receptores de trasplante de corazón.
