Resumen
Los investigadores descubrieron la primera estructura G-cuadruplex en el promotor humano bcl-2. Esta nueva estructura, con hebras G mixtas, ofrece un nuevo objetivo para los medicamentos contra el cáncer que modulan la expresión génica bcl-2.
