Resumen
Las proteínas de shugoshin protegen la cohesión centromérica durante la meiosis I mediante el reclutamiento de la proteína fosfatasa 2A (PP2A). Esto evita la separación prematura, garantiza una segregación cromosómica precisa y previene la aneuploidía.
