Resumen
La metilación de la histona lisina inhibe la actividad de los receptores nucleares no ligados. El reclutamiento dependiente de ligandos de las histonas lizina desmetilasas, como la lizina específica desmetilasa 1 (LSD1), invierte esta inhibición para la activación transcripcional.
