Resumen
La replicación del ADN lambda del bacteriófago en el extracto de huevo de Xenopus ocurre en sitios discretos y agrupados. Esta organización de las bifurcaciones de replicación es independiente de las secuencias de ADN eucariotas o de las estructuras nucleares.
