Resumen

Las nuevas nanopartículas ralentizan significativamente la fibrilación de la proteína beta amiloide (Abeta) asociada a la enfermedad de Alzheimer al inhibir su nucleación inicial. Estas copo-nanopartículas también muestran potencial para revertir la formación de fibrillas en etapa temprana.
