El complejo del punto de control mitótico (MCC) inhibe el complejo promotor de la anafase/ciclosoma (APC/C) al unirse a su coactivador Cdc20. Este estudio estructural revela cómo el MCC bloquea APC/C en un estado cerrado, previniendo el inicio de la anafase.
