Resumen
La enzima Sortasa A (SrtA) enlaza de manera eficiente los péptidos con los análogos del GPI, creando nuevos péptidos vinculados al GPI. Este avance permite la síntesis quimioenzimática para moléculas complejas ancladas al GPI.
