Resumen

La degradación del microARN activo (miRNA) por XRN-2 en C. elegans tiene un impacto en la homeostasis del miRNA. La unión al ARN objetivo puede bloquear esta degradación, lo que sugiere una nueva capa reguladora para la expresión de miRNA.
