Resumen
Los partos prematuros tardíos aumentan significativamente el riesgo de síndrome de dificultad respiratoria y otros problemas respiratorios en los recién nacidos. Este estudio pone de relieve la necesidad de atención especializada para estos bebés en comparación con los partos a término.
