Resumen

La biopsia endomiocárdica biventricular (EMB) ofrece un mayor rendimiento diagnóstico para la miocarditis y la cardiomiopatía en comparación con las biopsias de un solo ventrículo. Tanto el EMB del ventrículo izquierdo (LV) como el del ventrículo derecho (RV) son seguros, con el EMB biventricular optimizando la precisión del diagnóstico.
