Resumen

Los implantes de buprenorfina redujeron significativamente el uso ilícito de opioides en pacientes con dependencia de opioides durante 16 semanas en comparación con el placebo. Este nuevo tratamiento también mejoró las tasas de finalización del estudio y redujo los síntomas de abstinencia.
