Resumen

Las fibrillas amiloide-β (Aβ) de la enfermedad de Alzheimer (EA) se someten a un reciclaje molecular continuo. Las fibrillas Aβ40 reciclan más que Aβ42, lo que afecta la neurotoxicidad y el diseño de fármacos para la enfermedad de Alzheimer.
