Objetivo del estudio:

  • Para comparar la eficacia y los resultados a largo plazo de los agonistas de los receptores de benzodiazepinas (BzRA) y la terapia cognitivo-conductual (TCC) para el insomnio.
  • Explorar estrategias de tratamiento óptimas para el manejo del insomnio en la práctica clínica.

Principales métodos:

  • Revisión de la evidencia empírica para BzRAs y CBT en el manejo del insomnio.
  • Análisis de la eficacia a corto plazo frente a la eficacia a largo plazo, los efectos adversos y la aceptación del paciente.
