Resumen
Las respuestas inflamatorias en los macrófagos son controladas por la iniciación de la transcripción, según Bhatt et al. Los ARN de longitud completa con intrones se acumulan en la cromatina para su procesamiento antes de convertirse en ARNm funcional.
