Resumen

El tratamiento simultáneo del TEPT y los trastornos por uso de sustancias mediante la exposición prolongada (COPE) redujo significativamente los síntomas del TEPT en pacientes con TEPT y dependencia de sustancias co-ocurrentes. Este enfoque integrado mejoró la gravedad de los síntomas del TEPT sin empeorar la dependencia de sustancias.
