Resumen
Las células tiroideas de rata transformadas por Ras pierden la expresión de tiroglobulina (Tg). La reactivación del promotor Tg requiere tratamiento con 5-azacitidina para restaurar el factor nuclear TgTF1 específico de la tiroides, que se pierde con la reactivación Ras.
