Resumen

La mortalidad a largo plazo después del infarto agudo de miocardio muestra diferencias sexuales, en gran parte explicadas por la edad, las comorbilidades y el tratamiento. Se necesita más investigación para comprender estos factores que contribuyen a la brecha de género en los resultados.
