Resumen

Un nuevo anticuerpo bispecífico dirigido al antígeno de maduración de las células B (BiFab-BCMA) elimina eficazmente las células de mieloma múltiple redirigiendo las células T. Esta inmunoterapia muestra una actividad potente comparable a la CAR-T-BCMA, ofreciendo una estrategia de tratamiento prometedora.
