  • La EA es una de las principales causas de la carga de enfermedades cutáneas no mortales, afectando la calidad de vida y aumentando los riesgos de alergias y otros trastornos inmunológicos.

Objetivo del estudio:

  • Revisar el conocimiento actual de la dermatitis atópica (DA).
  • Discutir las perspectivas en evolución sobre la patogénesis de la EA, más allá de una visión T-helper-2-dominante.
  • Destacar las estrategias terapéuticas actuales y emergentes para el tratamiento de la EA.

Principales métodos:

  • Revisión de la literatura sobre la investigación de la dermatitis atópica (DA).
