Resumen

La anestesia epidural torácica deteriora la contractilidad ventricular derecha pero conserva su respuesta al aumento de la carga posterior. El acoplamiento ventricular-pulmonar disminuye con mayor carga posterior, sin ser afectado por esta anestesia.
