Resumen

Lartruvo (olaratumab) es un anticuerpo dirigido al PDGFRA que mejoró la supervivencia cuando se añadió a la quimioterapia con doxorrubicina en un estudio de Fase II. Este anticuerpo inhibe la actividad de la cinasa PDGFRA, lo que es prometedor en modelos de cáncer preclínicos.
