Los exosomas derivados de la cardiosfera (CDCexo) reducen el daño del ataque cardíaco al reprogramar los macrófagos. La miR-181b exosómica media este efecto al dirigirse a PKCδ, ofreciendo una nueva estrategia terapéutica para el infarto de miocardio.
