Objetivo del estudio:

  • Para identificar las vulnerabilidades conservadas dentro de la glicoproteína del ebolavirus.
  • Desarrollar anticuerpos ampliamente neutralizantes para la inmunoterapia pan-ebolavirus.

Principales métodos:

  • Análisis de la estructura de la glicoproteína del ebolavirus para identificar las regiones conservadas.
  • Aislamiento y caracterización de anticuerpos monoclonales de sujetos inmunizados y un sobreviviente humano.
