Resumen

- Resact, pero no speract, compitió por la unión de los radioligandos.
- Resact indujo un cambio en la guanylata ciclase Mr, pérdida completa de 32P y una reducción del 70% en la actividad.
- Resact demostró un ED50 de 100 nM para estos efectos.
Conclusiones:
- Este estudio proporciona la primera evidencia de respuestas mediadas por receptores en membranas de esperma aisladas.
- Los efectos observados en la guanylato ciclasa imitan los observados en las células espermáticas intactas.
- La interacción de Resact con su receptor modula directamente la actividad de la espermatozoide guanylate cyclase.
