Resumen
Las células cardíacas neonatales (cardiocitos) utilizan diferentes vías para secretar el factor natriurético auricular (FNA). Las células atriales almacenan ANF en gránulos para su liberación regulada, mientras que las células ventriculares lo liberan de forma constitutiva.
