Resumen
La fosforilación de histidina, una modificación de proteínas poco comprendida, juega un papel en el cáncer. La histidina fosfatasa LHPP actúa como supresor tumoral, y su baja expresión en pacientes con cáncer de hígado indica una menor supervivencia.
