Los aptameros bivalentes circulares de ingeniería química (cb-apt) fueron modificados con β-ciclodextrina (βCD) para la administración intracelular dirigida. Este nuevo sistema supramolecular mejora la estabilidad del suero y la entrega de carga terapéutica, abriendo nuevas aplicaciones para la tecnología de aptamer.
