Resumen
El virus de la mieloblastosis aviar (AMV) y el virus de la leucemia aviar E26 (E26) son proteínas oncogénicas que se unen al ADN. Las mutaciones que afectan la transformación también afectan la capacidad de unión al ADN de estas proteínas myb.

Sus antecedentes:
- El virus de la mieloblastosis aviar (VMA) y el virus de la leucemia aviar E26 (E26) codifican las proteínas oncogénicas, p48v-myb y p135gag-myb-ets, respectivamente.
- Estas proteínas se localizan principalmente en el núcleo de las células de la médula ósea.
Objetivo del estudio:
- Para investigar las propiedades de unión al ADN de las proteínas oncogénicas AMV y E26.
- Determinar la relación entre la capacidad de transformación de estas proteínas y su capacidad de unión al ADN.
Principales métodos:
- Se utilizó inmunofluorescencia indirecta para determinar la localización de las proteínas.
