Resumen

Los investigadores descubrieron que el bloqueo de TREM2 (receptor activador del mieloide expresado 2) mejora la inmunidad antitumoral. La combinación del bloqueo de TREM2 con la terapia de control inmunológico reduce significativamente el crecimiento tumoral mediante la reprogramación de las células mieloides.
