Principales métodos:

  • El diagnóstico inicial incluye radiografía de tórax y ecografía para evaluar el parénquima pulmonar y el líquido pleural.
  • El tratamiento incluye antibióticos intravenosos y orales prolongados, guiados por datos microbiológicos.
