    • Recopilación de datos cualitativos a través de relatos personales y entrevistas.
    • Centrarse en las experiencias vividas y perspectivas de los científicos.
    • Colaboración con la red de 500 Científicos Queer para llegar a los participantes.

    Principales resultados:

    • Perspectivas sobre los desafíos y triunfos únicos que enfrentan los científicos de género diverso.
    • Identificación de los factores que fomentan o obstaculizan la inclusión en STEM.
    • Mostrando las diversas pasiones y contribuciones de estos científicos.

    Conclusiones:

    • Elevar la visibilidad de los científicos transgénero, genderqueer y no binarios es crucial para una STEM más inclusiva.
    • Sus perspectivas únicas enriquecen la innovación y el descubrimiento científico.
