Conclusiones:

  • Este trabajo proporciona un mapa completo de las secuencias reguladoras del desarrollo cardíaco.
  • La alteración de los elementos reguladores específicos del tipo de célula está implicada en la enfermedad cardíaca congénita.
  • Los hallazgos ofrecen información sobre la optimización de las terapias cardíacas basadas en células madre y la comprensión de la etiología de la ECH.
