Resumen

Este estudio muestra que una vacuna individualizada de neoantígeno (cevumeran autogénico) combinada con inmunoterapia y quimioterapia puede estimular las respuestas de las células T en pacientes con cáncer de páncreas. Esta actividad de las células T puede ayudar a retrasar la recurrencia del cáncer después de la cirugía.
